Fine idea, as long as they are nowhere visible on the White House residence itself. They should be discreetly installed on the grounds so as not to interfere with the architecture.
I was just in D.C. and the panels blend in very well with the third story roof. I’m guessing that people who don’t know to look for them won’t even know they are there.
