It’s ugly IMHO with the combination of the dark carpet and dark walls. One or the other would be good, but not both. The blue walls are better than the blue carpet.
Good point WH. In this case it’s more the wall color I like. I agree about the rug. I’d rather see a patterned rug with blue it but only covering part of the floor along with the wood floor showing around the outside.
I agree with Peter. I like the blue walls, but its too much with the plain blue carpet. I noticed that in some ways, it reminds one of the Oval Office because of the arrangement of the chairs, lamp tables, and sofas. Is there a fireplace on the wall by the chairs?
Yes, there is a fireplace on the west wall.
